Weighted Grade Calculator

In a weighted course, each category contributes its score times its weight. A 90% homework average in a category worth 20% contributes 90 x 0.20 = 18 points toward your final grade. Add every category's contribution and you have your grade.

Worked example: homework 90% at weight 20, quizzes 80% at weight 20, midterm 85% at weight 25, final not taken yet. Points so far: 18 + 16 + 21.25 = 55.25 out of the 65% graded, which normalizes to 55.25 / 0.65 = 85% current standing.
